When and where is the wedding?

Answer

All events will take place here: Smoky Mountain Pavilion, Parkside Resort 1163 Pine Mountain Rd, Pigeon Forge, TN 37862 Ceremony will begin at 5:00pm with photos and cocktails to immediately follow! Dinner buffet will be served from ~6:30-8:00pm. Dancing will begin at 8:00pm. After party in the Rocky Top Lodge to end the night! Note: the pavilion is two floors! The ceremony and dance will take place on the main floor, and the dinner and reception will take place on the level below. There is no elevator, only stairs.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Think Springtime dressy casual: pastels, florals, tans, etc! Please refrain from dark or bright colors.

Where do I park?

Answer

If you are not staying with us in the cabins, you will be able park in our designated lot right outside the cabins/pavilion. Just use the same address for the venue above. Please do not park in the spots right out front of the cabin though as we'll be taking pictures here!

Will there be food and drink?

Answer

Yes! If you know us, you know how much we love Greek food, so dinner will be a buffet served by KoPita Authentic Mediterranean. There will be vegetarian and vegan options included! We will also have an open bar with beer and wine. Water and sodas will also be provided.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors! If we're fortunate enough, we will open the pavilion doors and windows to let in the fresh mountain air. However, the stairs in between the floors are outdoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Besides our immediate family/nieces/nephews, we are asking all guests to find childcare arrangements for the weekend.
