Saona Island

Saona Island is an uninhabited paradise, accessible only for day trips. Getting there is quite the adventure. After a bus ride, you'll board a ferry to reach the island. While the journey can take some time, I promise it’s absolutely worth it. The island is one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean, and the trip itself is an experience you won't forget. Most tours include a lively boat ride, complete with drinks and music. Many packages offer all you can eat and drink options and have a grilled food buffet. You will want to take a ton of photos of the the stunning surroundings so you might consider brining a waterproof phone case.
