To help everyone enjoy the celebration without worrying about driving, complimentary shuttle service will be available between our hotel blocks and Sky Retreat throughout the day and evening. PRE-CEREMONY SHUTTLES First Shuttle Run • Approximately 11:45 AM departure from Courtyard by Marriott Boone • Pickup at Rhodes Motor Lodge shortly after • Arrival at Sky Retreat around 12:45 PM Second Shuttle Run • Approximately 1:10 PM departure from Courtyard by Marriott Boone • Pickup at Rhodes Motor Lodge shortly after • Arrival at Sky Retreat no later than 1:45 PM The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. RETURN SHUTTLES Main Return Shuttle • Approximately 10:30 PM Final Return Shuttle • Approximately 1:30 AM Need to head back earlier? One shuttle will remain available throughout the evening, so guests who would like to return to the hotels before the scheduled departures will have transportation available. Simply let a member of our wedding team know, and we'll be happy to assist. Please note that all shuttle times are subject to minor adjustments as we finalize guest counts and transportation logistics closer to the wedding date.
