Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5, so we are hoping everyone to be seated no later than 4:50 PM

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let Anna or Clint know so we can work with the caterer ahead of time.

What are your COVID safety requirements?

Answer

All guests will be asked to wear masks unless eating or drinking. Please self screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to arriving to the wedding. Hand Sanitizer will be available for all guests. Reception tables will be spread out, a seating chart is required and no more than 2 households per table. Willows Lodge along with Anna and Clint will be following all Washington State Covid wedding requirements.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Due to the current restrictions along with our venue capacity, we are asking no children along with no plus ones unless indicated by your invitation.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Since this is a hotel, there may be other private events happening during the wedding. We ask that everyone be mindful of the other guests at Willows Lodge.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 15th. Don't forget to include your meal preference indicated on your rsvp response card. This is very important for our final count with the venue, caterer along with our required seating chat.

What kind of food will you be having?

Answer

We will be having a plated style reception. Please indicate what kind of meal preference you have on your RSVP card, there will be no changes to your meal the day of the wedding. Our final count will be given to the caterer ahead of time.
