Kindly RSVP at your earliest convenience, but no later than August 1st, either through the RSVP tab on our website or by contacting us directly. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
We would love to see our guests dress up! The attire is formal or black tie optional. The bridesmaids will be wearing black dresses so please avoid wearing all black dresses. We encourage you to dress to the occasion, keeping the overall tone of elegance in mind.
Please arrive no later than 4:00 PM in order to give yourself enough time to find parking and your seat. If you're staying at the Bay Pointe Inn, keep in mind that check-in is also at 4:00 PM, so we recommend arriving dressed and ready to go!
You can park anywhere in the parking lot of the hotel. If the main parking lot is full, there is additional parking across the street from the hotel.
The ceremony will be outside on Gun Lake. The reception will be directly next to the ceremony location which is outside but is covered by a large pavilion and has built in fans and heaters.
Dinner will be served buffet-style, and guests are welcome to enjoy both entrée options: Chicken Florentine and London Broil. Sides will include maple roasted carrots and garlic mashed potatoes, along with fresh rolls and a house salad. We are happy to accommodate to any food allergies or dietary resections. Please note this during the RSVP process.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults only occasion with an exception to those in the wedding party. Thank you for understanding!
Please keep cell phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer & videographer to capture this moment for us. Other than the ceremony, please take tons of pictures! Remember to use the hashtag #TheHoskins
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. If you were not given a plus one but would like to bring someone, please feel free to reach out, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
Yes, drinks are on us! There will be several beer, wine, and liquor options. For non-alcoholic beverages, there will be a signature mocktail, soda, coffee, tea, and water.
