We met at our friends' Mindy and Tyrone's wedding. We were seated at the same table and we didn't think much of it, until our other friends Jacky and Samy said that we'd make a cute couple. Next thing we knew we were dragged to the dance floor and the rest is history! We've been talking every day since!

It was the beginning of quarantine in March of 2020, and Kristina was sent a friendship test from her friend (shout out to Julian). Kristina then decided to also make one because she was bored, and that was the thing to do while in quarantine. On the friendship test, a question asked "Am I single or taken?" Timothy answered, "taken." To Kristina's surprise they had been official and she didn't even know it! Timothy decided their anniversary date because that was when he looked at her and realized "that's my girlfriend.' That was also the first time he told her he loved her.

Through the next few years, we learned how to communicate with each other, took the time to understand one another, and how the other person 'ticks.' We had many adventures together from picnic dates at the park, trying out new foods, dates to museums, traveling to different cities and even states! We were present for each other through the tough times, cheered each other on during the good times, and supported each other through our different career journeys. We truly just enjoy each other's company while also doing life and building a future together. We pushed each other to be the best version of ourselves. Then a big trip to Japan was planned with our friends for January of 2025 (Kristina's first international trip!)

On the second day of our Japan trip, we went to the TeamLab Borderless Museum. Kristina was half asleep and was dragged through the museum because 'we needed to get to the bubble room before it gets busy so we can take pictures' Timothy told her. Everyone started to take pictures and videos of each other then told Timothy and Kristina to take a picture, that's when he got on one knee and asked her to marry him.
