Do I have to RSVP or mail it in?

Answer

To make sure no RSVPs get lost in the mail, we attached QR codes for our website where you can RSVP there. If you prefer to text us please text or call us or email at thehoppycelones@gmail.com

What is the address of the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are located at The Aqua Turf, 556 Milberry St, Plantsville, CT 06479. The reception will be held in the Wagon Room.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are indoors. There is a short walk from the parking lot to the Chapel and the Wagon Room.

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you dress semi-formal and avoid the colors white, ivory, royal blue, orange, and purple. We would love to see everyone dressed up!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones can be shown on your invitation. If they are included on your envelope, then absolutely!

Are there children allowed?

Answer

There will be children there! Children will be shown on the invitation or will state "and family." If you have questions, please reach out.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

YES! We want you all to enjoy your night as much as we will enjoy ours! We just ask that everyone do so responsibly.

What's for dinner?

Answer

There will be choices of steak, chicken, or salmon to choose from. They are all extremely delicious! You will be choosing your meal when you RSVP.

Is there a registry?

Answer

Yes, you can find it in the tabs located at the top of our website. We are also more than happy if you would like to add to our honeymoon fund, which can also be located within the registry.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

You can arrive at 3pm. We ask that you are no later than 3:15pm so the schedule can run smoothly. This should give the proper amount of time for everyone to arrive and choose their seats in the Chapel

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We will have a moment during the ceremony to take photographs. After that, we kindly ask that you put your phones away to be here with us during the remaining part of the ceremony.

Can I post pictures on social media?

Absolutely! All we ask is that you use our punny hashtag #TheHoppyCelones We know it's corny, but we would hate to miss seeing your photos!

I am not really a dancer, what can I do during the reception?

Answer

We will have activities to do! We understand that not everyone loves to dance and want you guys to enjoy the night too! There will also be activity books for the children.
