Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal / cocktail attire. Suit and tie, cocktail or floor length dress. Classy & Comfortable. No Jeans or Sneakers please.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Hist. Avg: high of 74 with a low 56 in the evening. *We will have space heaters on site if needed.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be outdoor. The Reception will be outdoor in a barn venue.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Bridal party will take pictures around the venue. Guests can mingle and enjoy finger-food & our signature cocktails in the reception area.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly! You will be missed!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony starts promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early.

Can I bring a date? Kids?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation and RSVP accordingly. We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invite.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 1st 2021. You can mail your RSVP back or we have online RSVP enabled here.

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Our venue offers a full buffet service and open bar. There will be appetizers provided during cocktail hour while the bridal party takes photographs.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes, there are vegetarian options. If you have other restrictions, please reach out and let us know so we are able to accommodate!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We don’t have a registry aside from this website. A card will suffice!

Question

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

The hotels are approximately 15 minutes from the venue. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott* offers a free shuttle service if you are staying at the hotel.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! We do ask that you wait until after the ceremony to take out phones or cameras. Please tag your photos #TheHooverWedding and/or send them to us directly.
