When should I RSVP by?

Please contact us asap with allergies so we can make accommodations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. If you are renting a cabin in the resort you can check in at 4pm. You are welcome to relax or enjoy the resort as they have a lot to offer!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There are two parking lots located near the resort office. Each cabin has its own parking/lot. If you have reserved a cabin you are welcome to park there or closer to the pavilion where the reception will take place.

How do I get into the resort?

Answer

Follow the directions to Holmstead ranch (can be found on 'stay with us' page). There will be a gate at the entrance and the code will be provided the day prior.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would be delighted to celebrate with as many loved ones as possible, due to venue capacity, we are unable to extend invitations for plus ones beyond those listed on the invitation. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this special day with you.
