FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you be seated no later than 1:15 pm since our wedding mass starts promptly at 1:30 pm.

Question

What do I need to know for the wedding mass?

Answer

We ask that all guests respect the reverence of the sacrament and remain quiet in the church before the start of the ceremony. We also ask that all phones are silenced and turned off during the duration of the mass to not cause distraction. If you are not Catholic, we encourage you to receive a blessing during communion by coming forward with your arms folded across your chest.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Garden Party Formal! Women wear a floor-length or midi dress and men wear a tux or suit. Bright colors and floral prints are encouraged! For wedding attire inspo, take a look at this link: https://www.pinterest.com/kateagena/wedding-guest-attire

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we wish we could give all our guests a plus one, our venue can only accommodate a certain amount of guests. All guests are named specifically on the invitations or can be found when RSVPing.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is ample parking behind the church and across the street at the Homewood Library. For the reception, we have parking on-site or we encourage using Uber or Lyft.
