Bellaire does not have Uber/Taxi services to take you from the Village of Bellaire back to Shanty Creek or where you are staying after the wedding shuttle service ends.
The wedding venue is outdoors on a beautiful 90 acre piece of land owned by Rob Lewis, family of the bride. The property is adjacent to his home which is at the dead end of John R Rodgers Road (see gallery for maps). Due to limited places for guests to safely park their vehicles, all guests will be shuttled to and from the wedding venue. In order to accomodate all of our guests arriving to the ceremony on time, you are invited to join us for pre-ceremony refreshments at the venue beginning at 3:30pm. Shuttles will run from 3:00-4:30pm and start again at the conclusion of the ceremony at 5:30pm. If you miss the 4:30pm shuttle, you will have to wait until the ceremony ends to join us. There will be shuttles available after the ceremony should you need to leave for any reason.

Cocktail Attire: Our outdoor wedding is an occasion to dress up, but with less formality. Cocktail dresses (ladies we recommend chunky heels) and men’s tie-optional suits fit right in at our semi-formal reception. The venue will be fully covered with a tent, grassy ground and wood dance floor. We love summer florals and linen fabrics!
