The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm, so we recommend arriving about 30 minutes early (3:00pm). That way you’ll have time to park and get settled before we say “I do.”
Yes! Because rideshares near the venue can be limited after 10 PM, we’ve arranged a post-wedding shuttle for guests. We encourage guests to rideshare to the venue and use the shuttle at the end of the night. The shuttle will make loops to the Instant Replay Dive Bar and the Rancho Bernardo Inn. If you prefer to drive, you are welcome to leave your car overnight at the venue and pick it up the following morning. Please celebrate responsibly and don’t drink and drive.

We love your little ones, but this party is adults-only — with the very special exception of our flower girls and ring bearers. Use this as a chance for a date night and make arrangements as needed.
We’ve listed hotel options under the “Travel” tab. We have a room block at the Rancho Bernardo Inn and also shared nearby hotels without one. Pick what works best for you!
Yes, cars can be left overnight, however, you must retrieve your car anytime between 8:00am -12:00pm the following morning.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. We’d love for you to be present with us. We’ll have a professional photographer and videographer capturing everything!
September in Southern California is hot — sunshine is basically guaranteed. We’ll have hand fans and umbrellas waiting to keep you cool, cocktail hour will be shaded, and don’t worry — water and cocktails will be flowing all evening to keep you refreshed.
If we do not receive your RSVP by July 10th you will be marked as a "no." We will miss celebrating with you, but we must provide our final guest count to the venue in advance and won’t be able to accommodate late responses. Thank you for understanding!
