Hartsfield-Jackson Airport (ATL)

The venue is approximately 1 hour & 15 minutes from the airport. There are multiple car rental companies located near the airport (a shuttle ride away), cabs, rideshare (Uber or Lyft), etc. Please let us know if you need help finding transportation!

Bus Transportation

March 26, 2022 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Bus transportation will be provided from either of the recommended hotels to the venue (a 30 minute journey- bring a "to-go" drink with ya!) & then back at the end of the night (10pm). Check in for either hotel is at 3pm. A bus will arrive at each hotel at 3:15pm & depart for the venue at 3:30pm. The buses that we are using have no affiliation with the hotels themselves, so if you are staying elsewhere you can plan to meet at either hotel to still take advantage of the transportation if you would like.

Quality Inn & Suites Athens University Area

Check in is at 3pm. The bus will arrive at the hotel at 3:15pm & will depart for the venue at 3:30pm. There will be 1 bus leaving from each hotel (Quality Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites). Buses will bring guests back to their hotel when the reception ends at 10pm. ***Our room block rate for this hotel has expired (as of 3/11). The hotel still has rooms available for you to book though! There are also other hotels in the area that you are welcome to stay at. The buses that we are using have no affiliation with the hotels themselves, so if you'd like, you can plan to meet at either hotel to still take advantage of the transportation.***

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Athens-University Area

Check in is at 3pm. The bus will arrive at the hotel at 3:15pm & will depart for the venue at 3:30pm. There will be 1 bus leaving from each hotel (Quality Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites). Buses will bring guests back to their hotel when the reception ends at 10pm. ***Unfortunately there are no longer any rooms available at this hotel. Please check our other room block at Quality Inn & Suites. There are also other hotels in the area that you are welcome to stay at. The buses that we are using have no affiliation with the hotels themselves, so if you'd like, you can plan to meet at either hotel to still take advantage of the transportation.***
