Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by October 1st, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

We will miss you! If you cannot attend our wedding, please mark “Will Not Attend” on your RSVP. If you previously RSVP’d “Attending” but if your plans change, please let McKenna know as soon as you can.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If a plus-one has been extended to you, your invitation will read “(Your Name) & Guest.” Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We absolutely love your kiddos, but we’ve decided to make our ceremony and reception adults-only, aside from immediate family. We hope you take this opportunity for a special night out together! Thank you for arranging childcare so you can join us.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Cowboy Cocktail Semi-formal with a Western touch. Dresses, jumpsuits, blouses, button-downs, and blazers are encouraged. Dark jeans and cowboy boots are welcome!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception take place outdoors, and what should we expect regarding the weather?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in November, so we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay comfortable. We're fully prepared to celebrate rain or shine, with a thoughtfully planned backup option to ensure a seamless and enjoyable event. To keep guests cozy, we'll provide a limited number of blankets. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings while staying warm and comfortable.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 o'clock in the evening, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be “unplugged,” meaning we kindly ask that no phones or cameras be used until the reception. Your presence is the greatest gift as we exchange our vows. We have a wonderful photographer capturing it all and will share photos once they’re ready. After the ceremony, snap away-photos and videos are welcome!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a self-serve bar stocked with beer, seltzers, and wine coolers! Help yourself throughout the night. No bartender on duty.

Question

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Answer

Your presence is truly the greatest gift. If you would like to contribute to our honeymoon, we have a registry tab available on our website, or you are welcome to leave a card in the card box at the reception.
