We reserved a block of rooms available for Friday and Saturday night. You can stay 1 night or both, rate is the same for both. City side and lakeside standard 2 queen bed is $150 + tax. Single King room is $150 + tax. Mike and I will be staying here on Friday and Saturday night. When calling mention the Hildebrandt wedding block. For booking online: go to the website, on the top of the page there is a spot to select the date, click on the special rate tab to the right and put HIL in the group code box and hit check rooms and rates. The block is only for Friday and Saturday night. If you try to select more days it will not give you the discount. *Updated on 2/8 Room block is not available anymore. Shuttle

Bemidji Bus Line will begin picking up people at the Country Inn Suites and Hampton starting at 4:30 pm. If your staying at the Double Tree please let me or the driver know, so the driver can stop there. After this pickup the driver will go to the Country Club. The route for driver will be these locations only. The driver will go back and forth throughout the night. Even if your not staying at the hotel and live at the south end of town this would be a good location to get picked up at the end of the night. The DJ will announce when the bus is at the country club so people can go back to the hotel. The last time the bus will leave the Country Club and head to the hotels is at 10:30 pm. Vehicles can be left in the country club parking lot over night. This is a safe way to travel, we hope you guys please use this.
