Edward and Kara met on St. Patty's weekend. Both of them were hanging out with friends. At different times throughout the night, they noticed each other but were too shy to say anything. Little did Edward know at the time, Kara noticed him the week before and told her friend how handsome she thought he was. Eventually, as the night continued to pass, Edward appeared before Kara and they began getting to know each other.

After dinner, Edward took Kara to the River Walk Park. At this point, Kara was a wonderful 8 months pregnant with their beautiful angel, Kairi. There, they went on a walk and eventually made their way to a bench. As Edward and Kara were talking about the night, he began to remind her of the memories they have created together. As he continued to talk, Edward eventually got down on one knee and asked Kara to be his wife. It was an unforgettable night between all three of them.
