What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire for our celebration. And just a heads-up for the ladies: the bridesmaids will be in black gowns, in case you're planning your outfit and want to avoid matching them.

Are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

Due to limited space and our budget, we're only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones - we really do! However, due to many factors including limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself! We appreciate your understanding!

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Will there be a time gap between the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

We’ve intentionally created a gap between the ceremony and the cocktail hour for a few special reasons. First, we’ve decided to save our “first look”for the ceremony - we want to share that special moment with all of you! This means we will need time immediately after the ceremony for pictures. Additionally, we want to make sure we’re able to fully enjoy the cocktail hour with you all after our pictures. Finally, there is some travel between the ceremony and reception locations, and we want to ensure everyone has enough time to get settled in before the party starts. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! More details on the timing of the gap can be found in the schedule.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover on you! We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony parking details coming soon... Reception at Bluestone Country Club: - Parking & Valet: Complimentary parking and valet service are available at the Country House entrance. - Overnight Parking: Vehicles may be left overnight but must be picked up by 5:00 PM the following day. If you valet and leave your car, please note that valet attendants will not be available to retrieve your keys until 10:00 AM on Sunday.

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

- Evening Shuttles (Reception to Hyatt House): We’ll be offering two complimentary shuttle rides from Bluestone to the Hyatt House—one at 9:30 PM and another at 10:30 PM. More details will be shared at the reception. - Shuttles to/from Reception (Hyatt House): The Hyatt House will also provide two complimentary shuttle trips to the reception and two trips back (11-person capacity per trip). Full details will be included in your welcome bags received upon checking in.
