We decided that instead of making the hard choice of choosing one of our family names, we came up with a new one! It is one that we liked the sound of and has sentimental value to us.
There is parking located on site and carpooling is strongly recommended. Parking on the street is NOT allowed.
All food and beverages will be provided. For dinner we will have salad, bruschetta, and wood-fired pizza from Fat Olives. No outside food or drinks are allowed. Exceptions for young children will be made.
The wood-fired pizza oven allows for much customization, including accommodating those with allergies. Let us know what your allergies are to ensure dinner will be as good for you as it will be for everyone else.
Yes! We will be providing wine, beer, and champagne only. All alcohol must be served and consumed on site with a valid photo ID. Guests may NOT bring their own alcohol. Doing so will result in additional fees for the couple and the bar being closed for EVERYONE. Don't be lame.
The Gardens is an indoor and outdoor venue. The ceremony will be outside with the remainder of the reception taking place inside. An important thing to note is that April is a tricky month for Flagstaff weather. Be prepared for colder and warmer weather, maybe even snow!
The official dress code for this event is semi-formal. However, the opportunity to dress up doesn't come along very often, so dress as nice as you want!
RSVPs will be done online through Zola. QR codes are provided in invitations for easy access.
Due to space limitations, only those with "guest" indicated on their invitation may bring a plus one. For those with a named plus one, you must reach out first if intending to bring a different person.
Block booking is available at the Courtyard Marriott and Springhill Suites in Flagstaff. Use the hotel accommodations tab to access our special link.
