Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding will begin promptly at 530pm. We are asking all guest to arrive at the venue no later than 5pm.

Is there free parking/valet parking available at the venue?

Answer

Guest will have free parking on the day of the wedding. You will need to mention to the on duty attendants that you are attending the 'Arnold & Hawthorne Wedding' and you will be provided a complimentary parking pass. Valet parking is not provided.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all take place outdoors?

Answer

Yes. We are praying no rain dampens our special day but if the weather is not ideal we do have a back-up plan in place.

Are kids permitted to attend?

Answer

We know you love your kids and so do we but our wedding will be an adults only event. We hope this notice is enough time for you to make other arrangements so you will be able to celebrate with us.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

This will be an unplugged ceremony. We would appreciate that you not take pictures or videos. We invite you to be fully present during this special moment with us. We will happily share photos that will be captured during the ceremony.
