From the moment we got engaged, we knew we wanted to do a destination wedding of some kind. When we made the decision to elope privately, we started looking for a domestic location with stunning views, ocean coast, and rocks/mountains. California felt like our vibe and specifically Big Sur is beautiful!
As much as we would really love to celebrate with all of our friends and family, we made the decision to invest in a private, intimate, and overall experience for our wedding day rather than a wedding. Therefore, we won't be having an additional celebration.
