Charles and Stephanie's Wedding

FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible! But we understand that it's close towards the New Year so we'd love to get a total headcount around September-October if possible.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We have the venue booked starting at 1:00 pm! The wedding party will most likely get there at 1:00pm but feel free to come anytime around 01:00 pm to 02:30 pm (as the ceremony starts at 03:00 pm). The venue is absolutely beautiful so you're free to roam around the grounds or catch up with some friends/family!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black suit/tie event. Please do not wear white – our wedding color scheme is looking black and forest green but you're welcome to wear anything that is deemed appropriate and fitting!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please reach out to Stephanie and Charles if you are able to! We have considered most to have plus-one's in our guest count but if unsure, please reach out to see if able to due to our limited guest count for the venue.

Question

I have a fo od allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out to Stephanie and Charles, they have been working diligently with the caterers to ensure all food allergies and dietary restrictions are met. We know of a few, but please definitely reach out to be sure.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We have (hopefully) factored in families and their children into our guest count, but please reach out if you are unsure. We will have a kids' menu during the reception as well.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on site for both the ceremony and reception – there is also a drop-off area in front of the estate if you are looking to get driven as well.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are free for most of the week before and after the wedding date! We do not have any bachelor/bachelorette plans but we'd love to connect with any friends and family that are willing to come visit for an extra days while attending our wedding!

Question

Will Noelle be at the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, our little flower princess will not be at the wedding due to no animals being allowed on the estate. She will be cuddled up in our home, waiting for her mom and dad to finally be married!
