We ask guests to arrive promptly at 3:45 PM to take their seats for the ceremony. The reception will end at 10:00 PM.
The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The cocktail hour will take place indoors but will also have an outdoor option if preferred. We can't wait for you to see the venue!
Yes! All events will take place at the same venue.
Due to budget constraints, we do not have a formal hotel room block for the wedding. However, please see the 'Travel' page for hotel recommendations for out of town guests. You can also contact Donna Cooley at Cooleys@sbcglobal.net for help needed with travel accommodations.
Parking is free (woo-hoo!). Our venue has plenty of parking for guests who choose to drive.
Your presence is more than enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
We are choosing to have an "unplugged" ceremony. Meaning we kindly ask cell phones and mobile devices are turned off and put away so we can be truly present with you. We have 2 AMAZING photographers capturing our day and we will happily share our professional images with you after the wedding! However, feel free to break out those cameras after the ceremony and take all the pictures you desire at the cocktail hour and reception!
Respectfully our wedding is an adult occasion. Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on the invitation. Although we love everyone's children, we hope you can find some time for yourselves to celebrate with us!
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
