Are our kids invited to the celebrations?

This is an adult only event - thank you for understanding!

What time does the ceremony start?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM. Please plan to be at the venue and seated by 4:15 PM - if you arrive past 4:30 PM, you will be asked to wait in the cocktail hour space and will end up missing the ceremony, as guests who would need to be seated late would disrupt the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire, please! Please no sneakers, jeans, or casual attire.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?
Answer
This is a fully indoor wedding - can’t take any chances in Michigan in November!

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
If your invitation specifies “your name & guest,” then yes! If not, you’re flying solo, but we will be sure to seat you with some really fun people.

What about Covid?
Answer
In order to keep everyone safe and to mitigate risk, we are asking that all wedding guests and vendors are fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19.

What about transportation to and from the wedding?
Answer
We will have a shuttle! It will pick up and drop off guests from the Amway Grand Plaza in downtown Grand Rapids! Information for timing of the shuttles will be included upon hotel check in.
Question
Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, our venue has a large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. If you happen to drink more than you planned and aren’t safe to drive, feel free to leave your car overnight and take the shuttle back to the hotel/downtown.
