When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please feel free to RSVP any time after receiving your Save The Date, you do not need to wait for the formal invitation if your RSVP is already set. The deadline to RSVP is October 1st, 2025. The hotel reservation block will also close this day. If you have not RSVP'd and booked your hotel room by the end of day on October 1st, 2025 you will unfortunately not be able to attend our wedding. Anyone who we have not heard from or received confirmation of booking from after this date will be marked as not attending. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

When do I need to book my hotel room by?

Answer

The sooner you book, the better. At the very latest, our room block will close on October 1st, 2025. If you do not have a reservation at Pueblo Bonito on or before this date, you will unfortunately not be allowed to attend our wedding or other planned celebrations. You will only be required to pay one night's deposit on booking.

Can I stay somewhere else?

Answer

No, you must stay with us at Pueblo Bonito to be included in all of the wedding festivities. It will be super fun to have all of our special guests running the resort for the weekend. Please follow up directly with Callie or Kyle if you have an issue with or questions about this requirement.

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes. If you do not have a valid passport, please start looking into this as soon as possible. If you have a passport already, please make sure it is not expired and to renew it six months before the expiration date.

When Should i plan to arrive in Cabo?

Answer

We want to extend the celebrations for more than just the wedding day, hence the destination wedding weekend! The bride and groom will be at the resort from January 11th to January 19th, so please feel free to stay however long or short you'd like. We suggest booking a flight that arrives by the afternoon on Wednesday, January 14th if you are planning to attend our Welcome Bonfire. If you are not attending the Welcome Bonfire, please plan to arrive anytime on Thursday, January 15th - the day before the wedding!

Do I need to attend all the scheduled events?

Answer

No, you can chose what you'd like to attend. If you choose not to attend an event, or to arrive in Cabo after it takes place, that's totally fine, please just RSVP for the ones you will be attending so we have an accurate headcount.

Is the wedding held outdoors?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. It will hopefully be a nice day, but please bring a light jacket and be prepared for it to cool down in the evening. The nice thing about everything happening at the resort is you'll be able to quickly run back up to your room if you need to grab a jacket!
