When do i RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website by 07/26/2025. We will be sending our vendors a head count shortly after this date & will be unable to accommodate anyone who does not meet this deadline. You are welcome to RSVP before this date. We ask that you RSVP “no” if you are unable to attend as soon as possible.

When to arrive?

Answer

The wedding will start promptly at 4:30 pm, so we encourage our guests to arrive no later than 4:15 in order to find a seat & get settled. The doors will be closed so anyone who arrives late will have to wait outside until the reception begins.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Although we wish we could accommodate extra people, we will be following a strict guest list to stay within budget & keep our wedding filled with our closest family and friends only. All guests invited will be listed by name under the RSVP tab after searching your name. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we have decided to have a “kids free” wedding with the exception of our nieces & nephews. We encourage you to take this as an opportunity to let your hair down & enjoy a night out with us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal! Both events will be held inside so, no need to dress per the forecast! We would love to see our guests in something nice yet comfortable & full of color! Women: light & flowy mid to full length dresses in bright colors, pastels or florals would be great. Please no whites/beiges as base colors or solids! Men: Linens, light colored jackets or button ups is great. Ties are optional! Please no jeans!

Eat/Drink?

We will be serving appetizers and salad followed by a pizza buffet for dinner. We will have an open bar with alcohol and non-alcoholic drink options as well!

Hotel/Transportation?

Answer

We will not be providing hotel blocks or shuttle transportation for the wedding as many of our guests live near the venue. If you do need help finding a hotel room or a ride to the wedding please reach out to one of us & we will gladly help you with that!
