The drive from Portland Airport (PWM) along the coast to Boothbay Harbor takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on the day and time. Guests can rent a car or Uber to Boothbay.

The Drive to Boothbay

If you are traveling by car and coming from south of Maine: Take I-95 N toward N. H. /MAINE (Portions toll). This is also the Maine Turnpike. Merge onto I-295 N via EXIT 52 toward Falmouth. Merge onto ME-196 S via EXIT 31 toward TOPSHAM/LISBON (2.79 miles) Merge onto US-1 N toward BATH. (18.68 miles) Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto ME-27/BOOTHBAY RD. Continue to follow ME-28. (11.1 miles)

Country Coach Charter Wedding Transportation Schedule

Transportation to the Wedding: 4:15PM and 4:35 PM Pickup from Boothbay Harbor Oceanside Resort (If you are staying in the harbor, you can take the footbridge over to BBHOS) Transportation from the Wedding: Starting at 9:00 PM with the last bus leaving Spruce Point inn around 12:45 AM (Country Coach Charters will take guests to BBHOS and Downtown, if needed)

Parking for the Saturday Night Harbor Cruise

For those attending the Saturday night boat cruise, parking in the harbor can be difficult this time of year. Attached is a map of lots available downtown. Guests at BBHOS have the option to take the hotel shuttle, drive or walk the footbridge to town. Guests at SPI have the option of to take the hotel boat shuttle or drive to town. For those wishing to take the shuttles, ensure you have made the hotels aware of your plans and checked the schedules (weather permitting for the boat shuttle). Carpooling is highly encouraged:)
