We will be getting married in Omena, MI which is about 20 miles north of Traverse City on the beautiful Leelanau Peninsula in Northern Michigan! The venue is Cherry Basket Farm. On July 26th, 2022, Jack decided to propose to Hanna on a random Tuesday after work. Jack knew that if he planned it on a special day that held significance, Hanna would use her uncanny detective skills to figure out exactly what was happening. As a result, what better time to do it than a random, beautiful summer night? After an "impromptu" date night in Chicago that included a delicious Mediterranean dinner and (of course) a manicure for Hanna, they strolled to North Avenue Beach, where Jack claimed had the best view of the Chicago skyline during sunset. As the sun dipped behind the buildings, causing Lake Michigan to shimmer, Jack took Hanna's hand, dropped down to one knee, and asked the most important question he had ever, or will ever ask.
