How do I rsvp?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here and then mark as "will attend" or "will not attend"

When is the rsvp deadline?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by June 26th, 2026. If we have not received your RSVP by June 26th, you will be marked as "will not attend". We would love to celebrate with you but we will be sending final head counts to vendors following this date and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm, plan to arrive by 4:30-4:45 to find parking and seating.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

They will be held on private family property in Bow, WA. The exact address is shared with you on the invitation.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoor in an open-air field setting. Following the ceremony, the reception will be held under a large white tent! Please plan attire and shoes accordingly and consider bringing a light layer for the evening.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal garden attire We kindly ask our guests to dress up with us to celebrate our special day! For ladies - pastel colors, light fabrics, fun textures, and floral dresses encouraged. Please do not wear ivory, champagne, off-white, cream colors, and of course white! For men - nice dressy denim, boots, and western elements welcome as well as slacks and dress shirts Ladies are encouraged to avoid stilettos and tall heels as the wedding is located in a field

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged. We'll have professional photographers capturing the entire ceremony, so we ask guests to be present and soak in the moment with us! Once the ceremony concludes, please feel free take as many photos as you'd like and celebrate! We do kindly ask guests to refrain from posting photos of us on social media until we've had the chance to share our own photos from the day. We can't wait to relive our day with you afterwards!

Are kids invited?

While we love your little ones, due to space and logistical considerations we are only able to accommodate young children of family. We hope this can be a fun opportunity for parents to enjoy a nice evening out while celebrating with us!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, there will absolutely be an open bar. The drinks are on us, so please party accordingly!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Our celebration will be taking place on private family property. Transportation will not be provided. Guests should plan to drive themselves or arrange their own transportation for the day. We strongly encourage guests to plan ahead and designate a driver if they plan to enjoy the bar! On-site parking will be available. If absolutely necessary, vehicles may be left overnight and picked up the following day by 2pm. Thank you for helping us ensure a smooth and safe celebration for everyone! 🤍
