The ceremony is at Our Lady of Mercy Parish in Easton, Pennsylvania at 3pm. The reception will be held at Historic Hotel Bethlehem in Bethlehem, Pennsylvainia with cocktail hour starting at 6pm.
The ceremony starts at 3pm. We recommend arriving to the ceremony no later than 2:45pm to ensure enough time to park and be seated before the ceremony begins.
For the ceremony, we recommend everyone drive to the church. There will be plenty of time to get to your respected hotel after the ceremony and make it to the reception. For those staying at Hotel Bethlehem there is complimentary valet service where you may park your car for the night. For those staying at Comfort Suites there will be a shuttle provided from the hotel at 5:40pm to the reception and a shuttle back to Comfort Suites at 11:00pm
There will approximately an 1 ½ to 2 hours between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of cocktail hour. In this time, we encourage everyone to check into their hotel rooms, freshen up and get ready to PARTY!
The after party will be held at Fegley's Brew Works. We have reserved the Steelgarden Annex from 11pm-1am. If you decide to join us for the After party and are staying at the Comfort Suites we ask that you find your own way back to the hotel either by Uber or Lyft.
We would love to see our family and friends dress to impress on our big day! The dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear any length dress. Gentlemen, please wear suit and tie. No jeans please!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited. If you received a plus one it will appear on your formal invitation.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our reception an adult only event. We encourage to use this evening as a date night!
