Without a doubt, the individual who created the website and is writing the "Our Story" section is Diana. Enjoy this abstract explaining the events leading up to the proposal! Brennan and I "met" on an app preceding Tinder, Hot or Not. We clearly both swiped right, and from there we continued conversations through text, Skype, and Snapchat. We spoke online for nearly a month before meeting in person in March of 2014. Our first date involved drinking decadent lattes from the Jackson Coffee Company and watching an entire season of "Workaholics" until the early hours of the morning. After meeting, texting, and learning about one another, we deemed this relationship to be "official" on April 19, 2014. From there, we spent many more moments learning and loving one another. Throughout the years, Brennan and I spent time traveling to and from each others houses, dorms, and crashing with one another whenever possible. Thus, in April 2018, we decided to commit to one another even more and buy a house together! After one month in our new home, we felt adopting an animal would be the perfect addition! In May of 2018 we became loving cat parents to Frank! In early autumn, our favorite season, Brennan and I went ring shopping in hopes of learning about each others' tastes. This is when I found "the one" (a setting I found be to stunning). We made a decision to custom order the ring, but agreed that I would have no knowledge of when he would propose... In the midst of his fall classes and working, and my third year of teaching, Brennan and I were able to take a quick weekend vacation up to the Manistee National Forest to relax. There, on October 19, 2018, Brennan asked me to marry him.
