When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your children, we will only be able to accommodate children in the wedding party at our event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A block of rooms have been reserved for guests at our venue site, The Hyatt House in Allentown, PA. Please contact Jenny at the Hyatt for reservations.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time. If you will be late, please join us for cocktail hour at 5:30pm.

What entrance should I use for the ceremony?

Answer

Please use the Aster Event Center entrance on the left side of the building. Ample parking is also available in this area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know by the RSVP date if there are any food allergies.
