A 14-passenger van will be making loops from the Best Western Kent Narrows to the venue starting around 3:30pm. It will pick up every 20-25 minutes until the last group pick up around 4:30pm. If you are in a Kent Narrows hotel area, please meet at the front of the Best Western. 3101 Main St. Grasonville, MD 21638 There are also Ubers/Lyfts available. We recommend reserving your ride in advance to prevent any delays. This is a very popular weekend in the area! The van will drop off near the clubhouse and a golf cart shuttle will take you back to the River House. Ubers can drop off at the River House.
No, we will have a bar tab at The Jetty for part of the evening. Stop by to kick off the wedding weekend and greet everyone before the big day! When you arrive at the Jetty, please see security for a wristband. This is how the bar will know who is with our party. Don't forget to pick up a welcome bag on the way out!
The attire is Dressy Casual. The welcome party is at a local waterfront bar. The bridal party and family will be coming from the rehearsal dinner, but don't feel like you need to wear cocktail attire! Think what you would wear to a family dinner on a beach vacation. :) Ex. Polo and slacks for men, and summery dresses, sets, rompers, etc. for women. Comfortable shoes.
Formal Attire: We kindly request formal attire for our wedding day. Think classic, elegant attire. Suits or tuxes for men, and floor-length or elevated cocktail dresses for women. The bridal party will be in tuxes and yellow floor-length gowns.
We kindly ask guests to arrive to Queenstown no later than 4:30 pm. There is parking available on site, however, we will have golf cart transport from the parking lot to the River House. Please account for this time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.
The ceremony will be outdoors, with the reception under a tent, both on grass. We recommend block heels or flats for comfort.
