Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 1:45 PM to allow time for seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service has been arranged to and from the ceremony in Racine for guests. Additionally, shuttles will run between the reception venue and hotel blocks throughout the evening. 
 For the trip to our ceremony, please be on the shuttle by 12:55pm for a prompt departure to St. Mesrob Armenian Church in Racine. Later in the evening, shuttles will begin pickups from our hotel blocks at 5:15pm and run through 5:45pm to bring guests to our Cocktail Hour. All shuttles will be utilizing the same pickup location - N. 6th Street, between W. Wisconsin Avenue and W. Michigan Street. Hilton guests should exit through the back of the hotel and DoubleTree guests through the front - both lead directly to N. 6th Street. When your evening winds down, simply let a WI Club staff member know you’re ready to depart - shuttles will be at your disposal all evening.

What’s the wedding day dress code?

Answer

Black tie formal. Black tuxedos or black suits (bow ties preferred) for men, and floor-length gowns for women. It’ll be an unforgettable evening of dinner, dancing, and celebration—we can’t wait to share it with you.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re asking guests to unplug during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment. Phones out and smiles up after the “I do!”

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors at St. Mesrob Armenian Church. The reception will be indoors as well, with some optional outdoor lounge space—weather permitting.

Are little ones invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our Flower Girl and Ring Bearers.
