Michelle's Version It all started on July 4, 2014. Michelle was getting ready for a night out with the girls at Porta in Asbury Park. As the night started, it seemed to be just an ordinary night. Michelle enjoyed a few drinks and laughs with the girls when they decided to bring the party to the dance floor. As always, the group was cutting it up on the dance floor when they were interrupted by Ken. Ken approached Michelle and asked her to take shots. Michelle, not wanting to leave her friends or take shots with a stranger, turned Ken down. Ken remained persistent and would not take no for an answer. Some would call this STALKING. Eventually, Michelle agreed to ONE drink. Little did they both know, that one drink would turn into a lifetime together. Ken's Version Ken was going out for the 4th of July, just looking to have a few drinks and some good conversation with the guys. The night started out at Porta in Asbury Park when this extremely persistent female continued to badger him to buy her a drink. After minutes of badgering, he agreed to buy her ONE drink. He thought the only way to get away from her was to ask for her number. Next, she begged for a first date. On the first date, Michelle didn't eat much, so Ken was able to eat one and a half meals. That's when he knew she was the one.
