I am sure that you all know our love story! We are high school sweethearts who are officially tying the knot this October! We have been together for 10 years, first meeting freshman year of high school in history class. Matt started texting Hannah and sending her Trivia Crack to play. Hannah still remembers the excitement she had when Matt texted about going on a double date. Just to end up constantly texting each other afterwards and wanting to hangout again! On December 31, 2014, Matt got Hannah a Christmas gift and Hannah was too shy to open it up in front of him, so she was going to wait until he left. But, Matt kept asking her to open it and when she finally did, it was a Starbucks gift card that said " To: Girlfriend?, From: Boyfriend?" this was Matt officially asking Hannah to be his girlfriend! Obviously, Hannah said yes! Hannah is so thankful for that gift card. Throughout high school, we went to every dance together, were even on St.Clairsville's homecoming court together and voted cutest couple our senior year! After high school, Matt got a scholarship to Wheeling University to be the kicker for their brand new football team and Hannah decided to go to Kent State University. Hannah drove home most weekends to spend time with Matt and then 1 semester later, Hannah decided to transfer to Wheeling University! We grew so much during this time and our love grew even stronger. We both gained lifelong friendships, and lasting memories. One of our favorite memories is being crowned homecoming king and queen our senior year; a moment of pure joy! After college, in 2022, we moved to Columbus to start our life together in our apartment in Hilliard! We found out we both had a desire to see the world together. We started traveling and have visited 19 states and 1 country together in two years. We have found our forever travel buddy! Then in 2023, Matt planned the most perfect surprise proposal with help from our friends and family. Hannah had no idea the proposal was happening. It was the greatest surprise of her life! We began planning our wedding and are so excited to have the wedding celebration back in our hometown! With the ceremony being in St. Clairsville, OH (where we first met) and the reception being in Wheeling, WV (where our love grew), we are so excited to be with all of our amazing family and friends and to show them the special place where our love story began. We have gone through all stages of life together and absolutely cannot wait for this one to begin!
