Are kids invited?

We love your little ones but we kindly ask that you please leave them at home for the evening and enjoy a night out.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You are welcome to come to the venue at 3:00 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm. We ask that you arrive early so you have time to enjoy a welcome beverage and find a seat for the main event!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Ru's Farm offers complimentary parking for all wedding guests. Ample parking is available in their spacious grass lot. Cars can also be left overnight onsite at Ru's, as the parking lot is private, secured and monitored. Your car has to be picked up the next day between 8-10:30am.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The Wedding dress code is cocktail attire. It is an outdoor wedding on the grass with dancing in the barn. It will likely be hot during the day and cool off at night, so bring layers! For the ladies thinking about shoes: with the exception of the ceremony site (which is grass), the cocktail, dinner, and dancing areas are either firm gravel or a concrete floor.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Please provide your own transportation to Ru's Farm. At the end of the night, there are shuttles that will bring you to the after-party at John and Zekes in the Square.
