What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue at 4:00 PM. We will begin at 4:30 PM sharp! Once you get to the venue, it will take some time to settle in and take your seats.

Is there parking at Fairchild?

Yes - there is a parking lot for guests.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our attire is garden formal. Think elevated, elegant, and fun colors/patterns. Long dresses and suits (ties optional) are encouraged! We want everyone to feel relaxed and comfortable! A note on heels: We HIGHLY recommend wearing block heels or wedges that you would be comfortable wearing on grass!

Will ceremony and reception be held at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at the same venue. It is about a 5 minute walk through the garden on a paved path from the ceremony to cocktail hour/reception.

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Coconut Grove area to the wedding venue!
