Travon and Danaequa were both born and raised in Kalamazoo—the place where their love story started. They began dating in 2024 and quickly realized they were building something real. In July 2025, Travon proposed, and Danaequa said yes to forever. Now, as Travon serves in the military and they settle into a new chapter in their new home, they remain grounded in faith, love, and their roots. They can’t wait to come back to Kalamazoo and celebrate with their favorite people in September 2026.
