FAQs

Question

When do you need our RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website no later than December 12th, 2024 at www.thegratefulwed2025.com

Question

Should I bring my whole family or a guest?

Answer

We adore your kids, but we have chosen to host an adults only event. If you need help coordinating a babysitter in Miami, please let us know and we'll do our best to help. If we are able to invite you + a guest, it will be indicated on your invitation and in the RSVP portal.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please see our Travel & Hotel page. We do not have a wedding block but highlighted a handful of the available options. We've also put together a list of nearby cities/town for Airbnb. Absolutely no pressure to stay at any of these options, stay where it works best for you.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Getting there: Please share Lyfts/Ubers/taxis to the venue. It's about 20 minutes from Miami International Airport. There is a municipal parking lot a few blocks from the reception venue located at 5301 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140 - we recommend downloading the paybyphone app prior to arriving for convenience. The venue offers only offers valet service for $40 per vehicle.

Question

What should I wear? What will the weather be like?

Answer

The official attire is formal. We are hoping for a perfect "Miami Winter" weekend that's warm (mid to high 70s) until the sun sets around 6PM and the temp tends to drop to a cool ~60 degrees. We suggest you bring a light jacket or wrap.

Question

I have food allergies. Who should I tell?

Answer

Please let us know of any food allergies or restrictions when you RSVP online, even if we already know about them. We'll pass the info on to our caterer.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Thank you for asking! Our registry is through Zola: www.thegratefulwed2025.com We are not registered anywhere else.

Question
