Our Story

The Wedding Website of Michelle Gomez and David Grant

Call it serendipity, destiny, or the invisible string theory, Michelle and David were always meant to find each other. Though David was from Maine and Michelle from Houston, their paths crossed more times than they realized. The most notable of these moments occurred in March 2018, when Michelle was in Rome on a school trip, and David was studying abroad. They visited the same Roman ruins on the same day, at the same time. What could’ve been a passing glance turned into something much more meaningful. Their official story began on September 22, 2022, over drinks, a shared pizza, and a burger. It didn’t take long for Michelle and David to fall for each other. With shared hobbies, a love for travel, and fun date nights, they quickly realized something special was growing between them. Two years later, on New Year’s Eve 2024, David proposed to Michelle surrounded by her family, exactly where it all began. Now, they’re saying “I do” and starting the biggest adventure yet.
