Are kids welcome?

We love your kiddos, but kindly ask that kids age 4 to 12 be checked in the resorts’ Kids Club during the ceremony. Please reach out to the front desk for additional information on how to register your child(ren).

Is a passport required to attend the wedding?

Answer

Yes, a passport is required to fly to Mexico. Please do not forget your passport, and ensure it is up-to-date with at least 6 months remaining from your date of travel.

Am I required to stay at the resort?

Answer

No. However, there will be additional costs to attend onsite activities, including the ceremony and reception. A day pass for the resort is approximately $100.

If I do want to stay at the resort, am I required to book my room through the provided booking link?

Answer

Yes. To assist with booking, we’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests. This ensures your ability to book your stay at Hard Rock for our negotiated rates. This includes accommodations, food, drinks, activities. Failure to book within our room block will result in additional fees to attend our ceremony and other events at the resort.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, please come dressed to impress. Of course, no white :) We are requesting all guests wear shades of brown/nude. Please see the gallery page for inspo.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive 15 - 30 mins prior to the start of the ceremony to ensure you are seated timely.
