Question

What time does the ceremony and reception start?

Answer

The ceremony will be at St. Peter's Lutheran Church on E. State Blvd at 2:30pm while the reception begins at 5:30pm at the Charles on Carroll Road.

Question

Can we go straight to the reception after the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no you cannot. The doors at the Charles will open at 5:30pm, and we recommend guests arrive at that time! The wedding ceremony is as late as it can be in a church that has a 5:00pm service, and the wedding party will be finding indoor spaces to take pictures between the ceremony and reception (winter wedding problems!) so we kindly ask that all guests hang out at one of our recommended "things to do"!

Question

Why a winter wedding?

Answer

Well, just because! 1.25.25 has a ring to it, doesn't it?

Question

Can we bring kids?

Answer

Yes, if the children are a part of the invitation list, we can't wait to see them!

Question

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, only if you promise to share them with us! We do ask that phones be on silent and that flash is turned off. We also ask that guests who are sitting near the aisle be considerate of the wedding photographer so she can get the shots that she needs without obstruction.

For all the days along the way
