WEDDING UPDATE

Vanessa and Anthony met back in 2010 at the University of New Hampshire. Vanessa caught Anthony's eye with her glowing tan and beautiful hazel eyes on a Saturday night walking the streets of Durham. Anthony's Yankee fitted, polo shirt and contagious smile caught Vanessa's eye. The two have grown together for twelve years and have sacrificed so much for each other during their journey. Some might say it's a wild love story but they say "we wouldn't have it any other way!" If you know Vanessa and Anthony, you know they are very competitive and have similar interests. For example Vanessa buys a car, Anthony buys the same car. Anthony buys Nike shoes, Vanessa has the same shoes the next day. That being said, they are not just compatible, they are best friends, soul mates and have found a way to be life time partners. From NJ to Boston, Boston to PA, PA to MA, MA to RI, it's been a long ride! LITERALLY. Every second, every minute, every hour, every day, the two are extremely thankful and blessed for the sacrifices their friends and family have made to make this day possible. Vanessa and Anthony recently bought a condo in Providence, RI with their baby, their little French Bulldog, Kash. Over the past year it's been quite the ride, changing careers, getting engaged, purchasing a home, planning a wedding. They believe in faith, love and prosperity which keeps the two lovers motivated for their future family. The next chapter begins 7/1/23 and they wouldn't want to share this night without YOU!

Anthony's birthday is September 19 and planning anything for him is impossible. He has so many friends and is particular about many things and to be honest, is a better planner than I am. The plan for the weekend was to go out in Philadelphia Friday night, brunch Saturday morning and Anthony's parents that afternoon. My friends joined us for the trip to Philly. I thought nothing of it as Anthony has been trying to get them to go there for awhile now and he also had friends traveling to Philly. I truly just thought Anthony wanted a BIG birthday weekend this past year because I had a big birthday weekend for my 30th. Friday we drove to Philly and went out in the city. Anthony kept telling me that he had to be at Luke's early Saturday morning to help Luke move furniture as Luke was moving soon and the plan was for our friends and I to meet at Lukes to pregame prior to brunch and to leave Kash while we were out. If you know Anthony and Luke's relationship they do anything for each other. Saturday, morning we all woke up and Anthony left. On our way to Luke's Anthony called me to ask me to meet him at CVS because he didn't feel good and if you know Ant he knows nothing medical, so I figured he needed help picking something out. As I crossed the street Anthony came running towards me, grabbed my hand and all I heard was James Arthur playing our song, September. I looked over and saw rose pedals in the shape of a heart. When I looked up at Anthony and saw him getting down on one knee tears in his eyes I immediately began to cry tears of happiness and joy that this moment was happening. All of our friends walked over to meet us, it was PERFECT! Anthony was not done with the surprises after brunch and celebrating with our friends. We all went to Anthony's parents and I didn't think this day could get any better but it DID! He had all of our friends and family at his parents for a surprise engagement party! That day is a day I will never forget and one of the best days of my life.
