Running Order

The Wedding Website of Robert Allen and Hannah Trott
We can't wait to welcome you to our wedding weekend at the beautiful Belcombe Court in Bradford on Avon. We’re so grateful you’re joining us to celebrate this special moment in our lives, and we can’t wait to spend an unforgettable few days together. Below, you’ll find all the key timings and details to help everything run smoothly - from arrivals and the ceremony, to dinner and dancing, and the late-night fun. We hope you enjoy the setting as much as we do, with plenty of time to explore the beautiful grounds. Your presence means the world to us, and we’re excited to laugh, cry, sing and dance as we say “I do.” Website: https://www.belcombe.com/

Guests Arrive

1:00 pm

Dress code is Summer Garden Party. To define this, we consulted Vogue which advised that it "typically calls for elegant yet comfortable clothing suitable for an outdoor setting." Patterns are greatly encouraged - we want you to have fun of course! Florals (obviously), Stripes, Polka Dots, you name it, we love it! One thing is for sure, we recommend no stilettos! See inspo via the tab above.

There will also be canapes after the ceremony and late night snacks too, so you'll be well fed throughout.

Wedding Ceremony

1:30 pm

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outside on the lawn and presided over by a dear friend, one with rich local heritage and a penchant for telling tall tales. No, it's not Crowner. There will be drinks and tasty canapes directly after the ceremony, with music from our talented friends, Luke Friend and Siobhan O'Driscoll. We will then be seated for dinner, speeches, shenanigans and more!

Dancing

Sat, Aug 29, 2026, 9:00 pm - Sun, Aug 30, 2026, 1:00 am

Dance party in The Barn to finish off the day. Expect big beats, bad decisions, and worse dance moves. See you on the floor, with DJ Gori on the decks. Around 1am, there will be a bus back to Bath for those staying there, and taxis available for those staying more locally.

The 'Day Two'

5:00 pm

Casual dress code. We want people to beat their hangovers and have another great night given it's a UK Bank Holiday and Bath should be lively!

We will be enjoying the evening on a nice outdoor terrace overlooking Bath, which will continue as long as the usual suspects help Luke - who came third in X Factor once upon a time - and Siobhan keep the singalongs going well into the late evening. Food will be available throughout, but we do encourage you to check out Bath for lunch or a nice walk before joining as the pub is on the outskirts of town.
