We kindly request our guest wear formal-semi formal attire to all scheduled events the day of our wedding. Guest will be required to walk the grounds of the venue to each event at three close locations. Family and friends who need assistance are already accommodated with the couples request of golf carts. Please, save the map above for more guidance navigating the venue.
All guest will walk the grounds for each schedule event of the wedding. So ladies, what heels do you wear? Do not worry! The hotel front desk will be equipped with heel protecters in stiletto width sizes of small and medium. Before the wedding starts, be sure to get your goodie bags at the hotel front desk also. Xoxo
Outdoor Gazebo Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
The ceremony will be located outside of the mansion at the gazebo.
Cocktail Hour at the Mansion
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Our celebration starts after the ceremony with cocktail hour at the mansion. Please, enjoy small bites and drinks while the wedding party takes photos.
Tent Reception
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Now its time to get the party started! The reception will be open bar and have two DJ's with a dance floor for entertainment. Food will be served buffet style with a Pittsburgh cookie table display. We love each and everyone of our guests and ask that we all party responsibly. Our venue was thoughtfully selected for guest to stay on site and enjoy themselves during the reception safely.
The party does not end at 10pm! Please, meet at the hotel in the bar after the wedding reception to continue the celebration.
