When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that everyone RSVP by October 10, 2026 so that we have enough time to get a headcount to our venue and caterers.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that everyone arrive to the ceremony by 2:30 to allow ample time for parking and finding your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is dressy casual... think nice jeans and a button down or a sundress. If you want to match our theme wear something that is dusty or navy blue! It is November and tends to be in the 50s and 60s here in NC so dress accordingly. The barn is heated and there is a fire pit but the ceremony will be held outdoors.

Can I bring a date?

Absolutely! Please add them to your count for your RSVP and give their first and last name so we can add them to our list.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! We know how much you love your kiddos and we love them just as much! Please be sure to include them in your RSVP count and provide their names so we make sure they are on our list.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There will be a question asking about food allergies on the RSVP form. Please include allergies for anyone in your party so we can make accommodations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes our venue has ample parking! There will be a parking attendant on duty when you arrive so just follow their instructions! Our venue also offers handicap parking so if you are in need of this please just display your handicap pass on your rearview mirror or let our attendant know.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the cash bar. There will be an array of beer, wine coolers and liquor. There will be absolutely no underage drinking and no outside alcohol is permitted. Tipping the bartender is always appreciated.
