Traveling to South Georgia

For guests flying in, we recommend one of the following airports: ATL, ABY, or TLH. Please note: South Georgia is a rural area and rideshare apps are not reliably available, so we recommend renting a car at the airport. We have several nearby hotel options listed below, but if you're traveling as a family or would prefer to stay in a vacation rental, there are ample options in Thomasville, Bainbridge, and around Cairo. If you prefer to stay in a city, you can fly into TLH and stay in Tallahassee, which is about an hour south of the venue.

Atlanta International Airport

ATL is a major international airport with direct flights available to/from most cities. ATL is about 3 hours north of the wedding venue, but it's an easy drive and fewer flights and airports to navigate.

Southwest Georgia Regional Airport

ABY is a single-gate airport that's truly a breeze to fly in/out of, but you must connect through ATL and fly Delta. It's about an hour north of the wedding venue.

TLH is smaller airport with connections available at ATL, DFW, and CLT. This airport is about an hour south of the wedding venue.
