Question

Any tips on how to avoid altitude sickness?

Answer

- Please check with your doctor if you are unsure about traveling to such high altitude. - DRINK WATER! You'll need about twice the amount of water as you would at home. It's recommended to up your water consumption at least a week prior to arriving in Colorado. - We recommend extending your trip to arrive a day or two early to help your body acclimate prior to the big night of dancing and drinking. - Beware of the open bar. One drink at elevation equals three at home so please drink responsibly. - Fun Fact: You can buy oxygen in a can at the Denver Airport. Look for Boost Oxygen before you head to baggage claim!
