Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at the Catey Heritage Farm in Peru, Indiana. Both the ceremony and reception will be outside, with an open barn for coverage if rain should come.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP in the RSVP tab by March 1, 2025. This will help us finalize arrangements with our caterers and other suppliers. We need to give them a heads up so they don't make 500 meals for 50 people :) If you do not RSVP in time, you will not be accounted for and will not be able to attend.

What do I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to comfortably find your seat. Cocktail hour and the reception will follow immediately after the ceremony concludes.

Are you having an unplugged wedding?

Answer

We kindly request that guests refrain from using electronic devices during the ceremony to keep the atmosphere intimate. Feel free to capture the moments during the reception!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in garden attire. Please wear sundresses, floral prints, and suits in lighter hues. We will be getting married in July, so we would love our guests to dress up, but still feel as comfortable as possible. Please stay away from shades of white, cream, greys, and blues as those will be the colors of the bridal party.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. If you need handicap parking, please let one of the attendants know and they will point you to the right direction.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

There will be a cash bar open for guests to buy beer, signature cocktails, and mixed drinks. Prices range from $5-$8 per drink.

Answer

While your presence is the greatest gift, we are graciously accepting gifts to contribute to our future together. You will find our registry under the Registry tab.
