When should I RSVP by?

At your earliest convenience, but no later than April 10th please!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please alert us to any food allergies when you RSVP so we can pass it along to the caterer.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to and from the Sooke Prestige Hotel. We will also provide a shuttle back to Victoria at the end of the night.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, formal attire: suits and tie, no sneakers. It will be outside by the ocean, so would encourage bringing a jacket for the evening. The ceremony will be on grass, so avoid stilettos.
